Gross Medical Negligence!!!!

Medical Negligence!!!! 30th March 2026 , I was admitted via casualty and that evening I noticed I was hooked up to another patient's IV line still with her Saline and Antibiotics attached!! and this was in the Materny ward ... I will NEVER refer anyone to this hospital ever !!!!!!!!! Management also not taking accountability for this either , they rather sweep this under the carpet by saying these errors happen daily in all hospitals !!! NOT ON !!!!!! .......... and this is not even half of the issues resulting from the Hospital staffs error ... try being as sick as a dog from ARV's because of the error, the trauma , loss of income , tests......we pay medical aid to be able to go to a private hospital.
