Fight for your life in ICU- MEDICAL NEGLEANCE??

My diabetic husband sent in for a small back procedure,after 3 days in High Care he was discharged.Noise levels unspeakable. No one can heal in that environment. Sunday night 00.00 I rushed him back to ER at Wilgers,took a very long time to stabilize him,Dr told me around 7 Monday morning he is very sick,possible infection,close.to diabetic coma and possible obstruction in his stomach. Long story short he spent the next 12 days in ICU fighting for his life. He was diagnosed in ER and 5 days later still did not receive proper care and help,and he was crashing, he was incubated ,dialysis,ventilator etc. I asked myself why was he in ICU for 5 days and then when he almost died received proper medical care. Are the hospitals milking the medical aid or what is going on I have lots of questions and still awaiting answers.
