Exceptional Service

Dear Life Hospital My mom was admitted in Life Hospital Die Wilgers Ward 1 with COPD and HF on 21 Jan 2025. The professional and friendly service was so overwhelming and the empathy from all your staff, touched our family’s life. Our mother passed away in hospital on 22 Jan and we wish to thank you so very much from our hearts for the kindness you showed to her and to us in our deepest saddest moment. I don't know how to thank you enough. A special thanks to Unit Manager Nicole van Aswegen and her team. Sr Nicole your compassion and patience you showed to us meant so much. It all felt so out of control and you, and your team just picked up the pieces to assure and help us through a very difficult time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you also to the staff of General ICU who looked after my mom for the evening of 21 Jan.
