We made an urgent appointment for my sister to see the doctor Tuesday morning Did the receptionist not turn my sister away(by error) and say they can't see her on the system and she must go find onother dr While my sis was roaming around wondering where to get help she experienced sensitive complications *cannot mention here* and after few hours same practice [Dr E Venter) called my sister and said they made a mistake Sent email abt my complaint but they chose to ignore me
