Bypass operation 14 July 2025

My dad was in for a urgent operation 14 July 2025. The case manager of Wilgers Hospital submitted an incorrect code to medical aid. January 2026 received a statement need to pay in. When I had a look at the medical statement it says prosthesis which was not used. The dr Sended a motivational letter which was submitted to medical aid. Case Manager of Wilgers need to amend the claim with the correct code. Tried to short this out from February. Medical aid approved the claim but now it is as stale because apparently the claim was submitted after 4 months. Tried phoning with no answer and then the lady who does answer is very arrogant. I am refusing to pay this account as this is not my fault. I do not submit codes to medical aid. This is the case manager who need to sort out this claim and amend it with medical aid so that this account can be paid As I have received an email again on the 21 April 2026 to pay. When the case manager told me it was approved I must ignore the emails. But medical aid did not pay the R 3736.50. And nothing is being done. This claim was submitted on the 14 July 2025 so it is not a new claim and it is done under PMB.
