Bad service

I injured my foot at the weekend and went to casualty Wilgers on Sunday evening. We arrived there just a few minutes after 17h00. Went in for blood pressure tests and then sat down in the waiting room. At one point a Dr. du Toit came to me and said he saw that my foot was injured. He asked what happened and he then told me he will give me pain pills then I can go home because by the third day my foot will be fine. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because he didn't even look at my foot. A physio who was at the resort where it happened told me she thinks my heel is cracked and I will definitely have to get a moon boot but that I first have to go to the doctor for x-ray plates. I can't even step on my foot but he says it will be fine in 3 days. At 20:00 I told my husband he should go and ask how long we were going to wait before we were going to be helped because no one was called in all the time we were sitting there. Maybe 2 persons. There was a lady sitting there whose chin fell open and her people had to go to the bathroom to get paper to catch the blood clot. She sat there with us in pain the whole time. About 5 minutes later, 2 doctors rushed out and started helping everyone. I was then sent for x-ray plates. There I was immediately helped 20h06. Back to the waiting room and I was called in only at about 21h00. The doctor then said that I should get a moon boot and crutches. While they are putting the moon boao on we ask what are the costs of the moon boot and we are then told that she does not know what the price is. After we insisted on a price since we can't buy something that we don't even have an idea what the item costs then she went out and came back very quickly with a price of R3600. I asked her to take off the moon boot as we don't have medical and are not willing to pay that much as we have already got prices in other places.
