No refund on cancelled order

After purchasing an incorrect part using their online website, I cancelled the order withing 24 hours and also prior to any delivery and requested a refund. This was to no avail as I have received no refund almost 3 months to date of order. So do not expect any refunds should you order the incorrect items from these people. I guess the business name should've warned me upfront......
