No Refunds!!!!!
Cancellation Refused I placed an order for a part today. Shortly after, I tried to cancel because I found the same part locally (at a reseller /dealer of ****tator) and wanted to save on courier costs. The lady I spoke to told me " they don't do refunds" and refused to cancel my order. Here's the problem: the item hasn't even shipped yet. It's only scheduled to go out tomorrow. Cancelling an order before it's dispatched is completely reasonable, and most businesses have no issue with this. On top of that, your website does not state anywhere that you have a no-refunds policy. If that's your policy, it needs to be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. You can't spring it on a customer after they've already paid. I'm asking you to cancel the order and refund me. The item hasn't left your premises, so there's no loss to you. Please confirm the cancellation and refund as soon as possible. Thanks

No refund on cancelled order
After purchasing an incorrect part using their online website, I cancelled the order withing 24 hours and also prior to any delivery and requested a refund. This was to no avail as I have received no refund almost 3 months to date of order. So do not expect any refunds should you order the incorrect items from these people. I guess the business name should've warned me upfront......
