Unauthorized debit against bank card

I selected 3 domains to renew, got an invoice for the amount of R225 and then proceed to pay the invoice via VCS (Virtual Card Services).<br> <br> The connection somewhere dropped and the transaction was not completed but a few hours later [URL Removed] debit my card without my knowledge or approval with R150 and R285 after they added a R225 \redemption fee\". (R150 for two domains and R285 for the other domain)<br> <br> FACT of the matter is that I never gave permission for the deduction of R150 + R285 from my card and I regard that as theft and/or ***** to debit a client's account without his approval.
