I want to commend Gerard Swarts of Dial A Nerd for going above and beyond in assisting us in replacing a drive which crashed in a colleague's laptop. The efficient manner in which he executed his task was admirable. we are working remotely and he collected the laptop from my colleague and SSD from supplier outside of his work hours. True to his word he delivered the laptop at the time he said he would. This is really good service. Thank you.
