if I could give negative stars I would.

Even one star is too much. After 2 months of disgusting service this situation has still not been sorted out. I was sold a very expensive external drive which they have come back 4 times to fix - and I have paid the callout every time. (turns out they sold me a faulty drive) Each time a new technician came in, and complained about the previous one saying they each don't know what they are doing. The last time a technician came he lost all my work, and its taken them 2 months, first to tell me the data recovery company is to expensive and now they can only retrieve some of it. They are so ********* and all they do is rip you off. They claim to know what they are doing but they really do not! Completely disgusted by their service, their attitude and how they will do anything to avoid blame.
