Paid an annual fee for IT support for my retired father. Assured that any problem would be handled within 48 hours, by IT experts by dial-in. In the unlikely event they could not solve his problems, an additional fee would be charged for a call-out. A month in, they have never fixed anything in less than a week, never online and in fact not resolved any problems. It's a huge ****. Don't fall for it. After you pay, the people who made promises disappear into thin air.
