DIAL A NERD POOR SERVICE

I utilized Dial a Nerds service to fix a few issues with my pc. The gentleman came and was very pleasant and sorted out the problems or so I thought. The next day I was still having issues and 4 phone calls later over a period of approximately a week and still nobody bothers to get back to me or sort the issue out. Im really frustrated as it is seriously affecting my business negatively.
