Exceptional Service from Silindile Ngwenya

Exceptional service I received from a very gentle and calm lady called Silindile Ngwenya, she did her utmost best in assisting me with my complain that the previous guys could not, Silindile made sure that my cancelation request went through after 3 months of struggling, Dail a Guard debited 140 for three consecutive months without my permission, so on the 23rd was my last hope to be assisted fortunately she picked up my call, and assisted me every step of the way, she is definitely a keeper and a great asset to the company..
