Blu credit is misleading people
Please cancel the debit Check. Well,I was misled by Blue Credit when I needed a loan,and this feature was added as an "add on" never received the loan. And this debit order is active and deducting money in my account. I DO NOT NEED THIS

Good day, RE: FORMAL CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND STOPPING OF DEBIT ORDER I, Maartin van Staden, hereby formally request the immediate cancellation and termination of my Dial-a-Guard membership/service. I further instruct that no further debit orders or payments may be processed against my bank account in respect of this membership after the applicable cancellation date. Please provide me with written confirmation that: 1. My membership has been cancelled and terminated. 2. The cancellation has been recorded on your system. 3. The debit order has been cancelled/stopped. 4. No further amounts will be deducted from my bank account. 5. If there is any outstanding amount that you believe remains payable, please provide me with a full written statement and explanation before attempting any further debit. Please treat this letter as my formal notice of cancellation and process the request as soon as possible. I request written confirmation of the cancellation for my records. I was falsely sold this product while assuming it's for a loan that I needed at the time these call center people **** and forced saying it's for a loan please cancel this I can't get through to anyone to get this stopped this is disgraceful

Theo at dial a guard excellent service.
I app**** for loan urgently and had to have the insurance cancelled. No one could explain to me the process until I was finally transferred to Theo. Theo was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his whole way of speaking to me, friendly and patience. He gave me outstanding service. Wish everyone could have the service quality Theo represented. As it's hard to find it in service departments.. Big thank you to Theo.
