EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

The service they give to client with a problem is terrible! I tried contacting them through their Johannesburg branch & through any email I could find, it has been months & they still have done NOTHING in regards with my problem. Even direct emails to a employee have gone unanswered. The overseas company have rep**** & sent through my information to the South African sector & still no follow up after I supp**** everything requested. They are unresponsive & lacking.

The product I had a complaint about was received half EMPTY!!! They waste my time & wasted my money on a product witch was faulty.
