Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service

I ordered a brides**** dress over a month and a half ago, with the clear understanding that it would be ready in two weeks. After that initial communication, I was completely ghosted — no updates, no responses to my messages, and no explanation for the delay.

The dress was finally dropped off at my house the night before I had to leave for the wedding, which was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. To make matters worse, it was the wrong size, leaving me scrambling at the last minute.

This level of customer service is completely unprofessional. There was zero accountability, poor communication, and absolutely no respect for my time or trust. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this service, especially for time-sensitive occasions like weddings.
