Extremely Disappointed – Brides Beware!

Im sharing my experience because I wish I knew this before ordering! I placed an order for my brides**** dresses in early September and, to this day, have not received them. After placing my order, I received no communication from the boutique. I had to follow up myself and was told that one of the dresses was out of stock, which was supposedly causing the delay.

After two months of back-and-forth, I asked a friend to drive to the boutique in Johannesburg to get answers — only to find out that the dresses were completely out of stock from the supplier and wouldn’t arrive before my wedding date..

It’s now just one month before my wedding, and I’m scrambling to find a last-minute solution for my brides****s. It’s totally unprofessional to allow online purchases for items that aren’t actually in stock, and to provide false updates for months.

Do not order from this boutique. Save yourself the stress!
