I am very disappointed with the service I have received from DG Boutique.

I requested a refund for my order some time ago, and despite several follow-ups, I have still not received the funds owed to me. The lack of communication and absence of a clear resolution have been both frustrating and unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect refunds to be handled efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe. The ongoing delay reflects poorly on your customer service and has left me with little confidence in the way this matter is being managed.

I would appreciate an urgent update and immediate action to process my refund.
