Worst Service

DFA worst service provider ever. Everyday our layer2 business link is down. They cannot provide us with feedback on what the issues are. In the meanwhile we are loosing an enormous amount of income due to clients canceling their contracts with us. This is the 2nd time in a row with another service provider that we are experiencing this. We are very unhappy as an ISP dealing with this continues interrupted services from DFA. It would be of great appreciation if someone from Senior Management of DFA can get in contact with us.
