Horrible services from a supposed fiber backbone provider 🚮

Services are down every second week and turn around is really poor as we lose productivity hours. They will blame vandalism in Thembisa and not even switch customers over to another line, we have to wait for repairs which take forever. I don’t know what DFA is doing but they’re really killing their own business. I am truly disappointed. Do better!
