Great service from DFA, as always!!!

I work for a WISP and use DFA fibre to a few of our towers, I noticed that when doing a test from the client side we had slow speed over a single connection, but multiple connection proved to be normal. DFA has proven to me that over the layer 2 there is no problem, yet still went over and above to help me and to get the connection sorted. I was dealing with Harry, Kobus and Simangaliso who went through my setup and still could not find the issue, but very willing to assist and even spent over 40 Min on multiple calls to troubleshoot the connections. Then we found the problem to be on our network and not on DFA. I want to to say thank you to the team that was assisting me and always willing to go the extra mile to help the clients. Please send this to them and let them know that it is because of service like this that i prefer to deal with DFA and the many other fibre providers out there.
