DFA cannot be trusted to do fibre installation
DFA - Dark Fibre Africa cannot be trusted to do an installation of fibre in Cape Town CBD. Although we gave them the business 3 months ago, we have moved to our new premises yesterday but have no fibre connection. We now have 130 staff members unable to adequately service clients with telephone calls and emails. DFA were last seen on the premises 1 July and plan to get back to the job only on 25 July 2019. We are losing money because they did not do their work. TERRIBLE SERVICE! JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH...
