Hello Figtree,

We're sorry that your service was interrupted. We can assure you that DFA will never interfere deliberately or maliciously with any other telecommunications providers' services. We always take great care not to damage or unnecessarily affect any other services when we work in an area.

We investigated the problem and determined that the service interruption was due to an equipment malfunction that your tenant had already reported to Telkom. The Telkom infrastructure was not affected by our activities in the area. We contacted Telkom on your tenant's behalf and requested that a technician be sent to repair the equipment issue. We were informed that it had been done.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. We will help where we can.

Sincerely,
DFA
