Bad service

Guys, please do the right thing. You are meant to take over from Aenova in the estate and we were told to go ahead and place orders with Vumatel who now cant even come install as they see the estate as not part of their deal and worse, they dont even know about you being on their platform. I am now without wifi for 5 days as I cancelled my adsl and seems I'll still be without any for long time to come.
