ISP's Holding Clients to Ransom

Whenever there has been a query /change regarding mail accounts the service/response has been seriously lacking. This to the effect that out of desperation I have previously had to threaten using social media. This did not seem to have much effect and so today, again out of desperation, I am posting this.<br> <br> Dave Norton of TSOL registered and has hosted my domain name for several years. After desperate attempts to try and resolve slow connectivity issues with next to no response from TSOL I decided to move accross to Mweb. When applying I was advsied that MY registered domain, which I paid for, had been registered in the name of DEZO Trading. This is not what I had paid for as it should have been registered in my name.<br> Is this legal? I have asked a number of times for Dave Norton to correct this and register my domain in my name. I am still waiting for feedback regarding this.<br> As a result of this Mweb had to request a letter from Dezzo Trading authorising the release of my domain. I have requested this several times but Dave Norton seems to ignore our requests, this despite having confirmed that he would attend to. I am being held to ransom and cannot move to another ISP
