Bad Customer Service. Not honest. ****mer.

It is sad that I have to come to this platform. I made an order on the 25th of August 2025 and have not received my package. She keeps telling me she will call Paxi and fix the problem. I have been so patient and i think she is taking advantage. 4months later, products not received and she does not even offer refunds. I am highly disappointed. I have made peace that I have been ****med. Just be careful when ordering from her.
