Having worst experience ever with this lady, I had made a order on her website on the 7 of July 2026 and I was shocked when she posted a week later that she sent orders I asked her why I haven't received my order (bare in mind her website didn't give me an option to write my pep code, I texted her after I paid to tell her which pep to use and she said "Noted" )a week later I asked her she didn't respond 2 days later I sent her a text she ignores it I had to send it again she just said "when did you make a purchase" I told her carmly so and she said she will get back to me I waited 2 days later I sent her a text asking her about the feedback eversince I've been ignored no feedback no nothing lucky are those who get their products she is a **** shame I didn't believe it when people where complaining its sad that time we just supporting a black person this is what we get. UNFORTUNATELY ****mer get clients

Bad Customer Service. Not honest. ****mer.
It is sad that I have to come to this platform. I made an order on the 25th of August 2025 and have not received my package. She keeps telling me she will call Paxi and fix the problem. I have been so patient and i think she is taking advantage. 4months later, products not received and she does not even offer refunds. I am highly disappointed. I have made peace that I have been ****med. Just be careful when ordering from her.
