I must ship the delivered broken item back to them. They do not respond at all!

Bought an item that arrived broken. Do you think I could get some support to get it returned? NOPE! Copy / paste bot reply and the I MUST SHIP IT BACK. I asked over and over and over but no reply as to why I should cover that cost? The item arrived unwrapped (no protection) and damaged. NOW WHAT? I would not recommend buying from these guys if you want any kind of support.
