I must ship the delivered broken item back to them. They do not respond at all!
Bought an item that arrived broken. Do you think I could get some support to get it returned? NOPE! Copy / paste bot reply and the I MUST SHIP IT BACK. I asked over and over and over but no reply as to why I should cover that cost? The item arrived unwrapped (no protection) and damaged. NOW WHAT? I would not recommend buying from these guys if you want any kind of support.

Poor service and no delivery yet
Very poor— more than a month has gone by with no product delivery. Should have been delivered by 20 April. Last trackable update was 02 April. No way to communicate with them via amazon app.

Pathetic
Pathetic. Non service supplier. worst delivery company around. Useless Product scheduled for deliver by 20th march - no updates given and when i queried on the 24th March i was advised that they can only possibly deliver by 09th april
