DesertCard - Shocking service

I placed an order on the 27 July 2022. This was a significant amount, I received zero response and have had to chase up over several times and prove that payment came off my credit card. Since then after DesertCart confirmed my order and money was received; It's now the 16th August with zero confirmation to refund me or deliver my purchase. DesertCart it only takes one lack of service delivery to change one's trust in your business. Warning to those ordering from this site
