Terrible service. I have been trading with deriv for quite a while now. But lately the service has gone from good to very bad. Firstly my account was locked without any explantion why it was locked. Took 30 almost 30 days to get account active again. Then suddenly all my accounts was deleted because of inactivity. Lost 1000’s $ in experts and indicators locked to specific account numbers. Now I am struggeling to trade on one of my accounts. Have logged a number of tickets. But still unable to open any trades or withdraw the funds in my account. Everytime support tells me that the issue have been resolved but when I check it is still the same. Can some please assist me urgently as this has been more than 30 days.
