no cash or card refunds

utterly disappointed,staff are unprofessional and a simple refund couldnt be issued.butter was purchased ,the wrong brand and went to return literally 5 min later,they say they dont do cash refunds i paid by card and they couldn't refund there as well,u can take my cash and card but u cant return the money,your staff dont no whats going on,please teach them customer service and how to be polite,greet and say thank you simple etiquette!!!!i used to shop there every day,but no longer will!!!
