UIF Payment Request Showing "No Claim Found" After Approval
I am extremely frustrated with the Department of Employment and Labour. After waiting for months, my UIF claim was finally approved on 14 August 2026. However, when it was time to request payment, I submitted a payment request on 18 August 2026, which now shows "No Claim Found." I was then assisted at the Kempton Park office, where another payment request was submitted on 11 September 2026, but it also shows "No Claim Found." My claim is approved, so I don't understand why the system keeps saying there is no claim when I try to receive my payment. I have waited long enough and followed the required processes. I just want my approved UIF benefits to be processed and paid. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

Unhappy
Good day, kindly assist in any way possible. DOL Johannesburg, keeps failing me as depressing as it maybe to be unemployed and having to deal with the centre that cares less about people even when we try so much to follow their instructions, last month my payment request was stuck on "Submitted" and I waited 30 days for the issue to be resolved that time I am relying on the money they are keeping for what I don't know, now for the month of August I requested door the payment successfully from my end, my status got stuck on "Payment Reserved" I queried and the call centre agents will drop calls on me without any explanation or tell me to wait 7 to 15 working days l, I did so and today after 15 working days they tell me the request I am referring to does not appear on their system thought I can see it on the portal how is that possible, and now I must request again start the whole process from scratch, another month of struggling financially because of people who could've check everything from the time I called in querying about my status but they chose to simply say I must wait for half a month then only they will be able to assist.

Extremely Disappointed with the Department of Labour
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from the Department of Labour regarding my UIF payment. I signed for payment on 19 August 2026, and despite waiting patiently, my payment has still not been received. The lack of communication and delays are unacceptable, especially when people depend on UIF to support themselves after losing their employment. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
