Horrible service and staff

Horrible service, I went for a maternity continuation signing and they had me sitting outside, with a three month old baby in the wind, for the entire day. When I got to the front of the line at 3pm a lady came out and said she will be right with us taking a few people up and told the rest of us to wait outside she will be with us shortly. At 15:25 (3:25pm) I went to check how far the lady was and saw the doors and gates locked, when coming outside I saw the lady leaving the side entrance going home. I then went to the side entrance waiting for security to open and ask what's going on and he pushed me out of the way and pulled the door closed and said vstek and locked the door. He did not even here me out.
