Rejected claim

Application was submitted on the 4th pf February 2026 , they gave me 4th of March 2026 to come back and sign again , when i was at the branch they was a very rude gentle man he normal seats on the right hand side in the enquirers, he never checked on the system he just gave me the 7th of April 2026 to come back and sign , until today never even received my 1st payment , went to visit the branch 23rd Of March 2026 they told me my claim is rejected due to missing document 2.8 form , Salary Schedule , of which I submitted all this forms on the 4th of February 2026 , than i re submitted again and they told me I must come back 13th April to sign for the 1st time , this is very poor service im struggling since im unemployed, this was not my fault it Labour error they must fix it they told me they wont fix this they are busy with financial year end cut offs and also due to easter holidays my claim will seat on rejected even if they got all the documents please intervene if no respond i will take this action further to my political party labour desk, and when i asked to speak with the branch manager they said management is too busy to attend small quires
