DISGUSTING SERVICE NEW HANOVER KZN COLLECTION APPOINTMENT

Highly disappointed by the lack of intelligence in a place such as this!!!

So made a collection appointment. Went for the appointment. Only to be told that they are short staff and not doing appointments. But there we' are standing with valid appointments but these non understanding people refuse to let us be seen to at time of appointment. They expected us to stand as a walk in after 200 people outside.. Ridiculous!! Tried calling head office but they never answer phones. Emailed and have no response.

Why was appointment system put into place if nobody is going to honor it?? Absolutely ridiculous and this IS WHY OUR COUNTRY IS GOING DOWN. GET MORE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE EMPLOYED. PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND WHAT AN APPOINTMENT IS
