Another Government Sector failing to deliver
Good Afternoon, It's been almost 2 weeks trying to get a hold of DHA, I have called all the numbers in KZN, Zululand including their cell numbers which appear on the website. I tried the call center on the 0800 number & even the 021 number but nobody answers. I even email the person in charge of PMB but to no avail. I did my Id application on the 20/03/26 along with my sister & 2wks later she got a message stating it is ready for collection & up until now I did not get any message. It is proving very time consuming including frustrating. Why are the numbers on the website if nobody answers or responds to their emails? I tried from several cell numbers to check on the sms number it goes through & no reply. I need someone to intervene on my behalf as I do not have the means to go to them to check because at your 1st encounter you are greeted with security guards who are very biased & rude.
