Tshwane South College and Dpt. of higher Education very useless and not doing their jobs at all

I lost my National Senior Certificate few years back. I re-app**** for another certificate in 2018 October paid the money they needed including my ID copy and affidavit until to date have not received my Certificate.Ive been taken from pillar to post with no luck.Both the college i attended (then Centurion college which is now called Tshwane South College) are not helping all they say is that its still not issued.I lost my job due to this. I was diagnosed with depression cause Ive lost everything Ive worked for due to non payments.I wish someone Senior can read my complain and do something about this since im a single parent.When i go to the Dpt i just speak to a gentleman through a window who will tell you that he cannot assist and I have to go back where i attended my NSC.Everyone is so rude.They just dont know what they doing to someone else's life.People **** themselves for so such matters. This is someone else's life and future but they don't care at all.I emailed Mrs Dolamo Julia who works with Certificates she has done nothing about it.
