The DHET is of NO ASSISTANCE

I have been contacting one of the DHET officials regarding my previous employer who is no longer in contact with me regarding a reference letter she is to write for me in order to graduate for my National Diploma in Human Resource Management. The DHET official is yet to get back to. He has not responded to any of my e-mails over the past 3 months. I have also e-mailed the contact center twice in the past 3 months. I have been trying to contact the DHET official since the 12th of April 2019. The DHET is there to encourage and empower, but they are not doing anything to assist aspiring practitioners to further their education.
