Terrible service

<p>I have submitted my application for diploma in June 2016 to Northlink College and have been following up ever since then. Northlink has advised that the application is with the department of education and that they are awaiting on feedback from them. I then contacted the department of education on the 28th of Sepetember and advised them that i would like to further my studies and that this is holding up my studies as i need the original award in order for me to register for my degree via Unisa. the emails were sent to HC Lombard, Daniel Morake, F Morotoba, Lesley Maseko, Dumisane Chauke. On the 30th of September 2016 Ms HC Lombard has confirmed in email that my application will be attended to during the next 4-6 weeks which brings me to the 11th of November. I emailed her yet again as i have not received feedback she asks me for a copy of my application again which i found very strange as the college has requested originals to be sent i told her i dont have a copy of my apllication as i am at work. Again i emailed these employees and they have yet not responded i need to apply for semester 2 which is in April and need my Diploma. This service is really not professional at all as they dont have the decency to reply after telling me it will be attended in the next 4-6 weeks i have been waiting 8months later since my submission!!!</p>
