Start doing your jobs that you get paid for please!!!

I have submitted all my documents in March 2021 to the Department of Higher Education and Training in order to receive my Diploma in Financial Management...I have logged queries on the government eservices website but no answer...even supp**** them with the way bill number of the courier and the persons name it was sent to at the Department but still no Diploma...why do these ppl think that they can just ignore us??? Or is it because we are not black enough to be attended to?? I would like to get my Diploma as I have studied for it and did my in-service training!!!! Get ur act together please!!!! U are the reason we cannot get jobs because we cannot get our Diplomas!!!
