SOMEBODY JUST ANYBODY HELP!!!!!

I am studying through a distant education institution, which at this stage will remain anonymous. I am studying my N4-N6 in Educare and am supposed to be writing an exam in the May/June exams. Now the place where the college want me to write is not safe for me to write, so since I started with them last year, I have been asking them to look for a safer place, which they never did and so then I eventually wrote to someone in the regional DHET office and they arranged with the institution for me to write the exam. Then last Tuesday I received an email saying that the institution where I am supposed to now be writing won't accommodate me and I must find another place to write. I then contacted the regional office again and she got in contact with the head office and to date I have heard nothing from them at all. I was then given some contacts by the regional office, who I have contacted and I am still waiting!!!! It seems that no-one cares that your career could be at stake or interested in you as a person as long as they are receiving their salaries, who cares about the person wanting to better themselves. DHET you need to start seeing what is going on in your own ******* back yard. I am depserately trying to get accommodated to write one exam and NO-ONE is willing to assist me. I have even asked if they would give me permission for just this one exam to write at the school where I work or even at my church and NO-ONE has responded. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE is there someone out there that can assist me. I am desperate!!!!
