Poor Service delivery outstanding leave pay-out.

I resigned in November 2021 from DHET (TNC) as Assistant Director IT ,however I have not received my leave pay-out as indicated on DPSA circular, that leave pay-out should be paid once service is termination. I would like to find out what is the issue as I served my notice accordingly and meet deadlines during my notice period and return all the asset of laptop, cellphone ,3G
