Poor service by the DHET

This department is undermining us in a way that we submitted our qualifications for upgrade in 2017 and up to date they are not paying us. CET is taken for granted and is frustrating lecturers as if they are not professionals. we keep on resubmitting documents but there is no movement, We were told that they have changed the verification processes to avoid *******ion but the delays is still the same.
