Poor service

Head office GEPF has continuously failed in helping me get payout for my late sisters pension. My sister left 3 children and it's very difficult taking care of them as I am not working......I have been sent on a run around with forms and I have been sending them back religiously, which too requires money....money that I don't have. Now i can no longer find the person responsible for her file so that I can know that the progress of the claim. Everytime I try to contact the GEPF offices....everyone promised to sort this out but until now there's nothing.....the people I have spoken too are;
