POOR SERVICE

My daugher was doing N6 in travel and tourism last year via Ethekwini Tvet (centec campus)and she still haven't receive the result. She went to the college 3 times but they keep on telling her to wait they have escalated this with DHET. I called Mchunu to find out what is happening he promised to escalate this with DHET but last week Friday he sent me an sms telling me that the person that is dealing with this will only come back on Tuesday. I called him again today and he said his got no control of something that is happening in Pretoria will have to wait. The child is waiting for these results and she can't apply or look for inservice training without the results. And my worry is if she failed that means she is not gonna do a re write as she didn't register. We are already on the 28 jan but nothing is happening and we not getting the proper answers.
