Playing with my future

I have submitted my application for my National Diploma in March 2015 and after numerous occasions tried to contact the Department of higher education finally getting through only to find out they have lost my application so I resubmitted it and still no one has attended to me up until this day my application still hasn't been processed I've been made empty promises by Elizabeth Phago promising that she would process my application explaining to her that I have been given a deadline at work to submit my Diploma and get a permanent job or end up losing my job and will be no longer able to provide for my family and still no response neither do they answer their phones when I call them every single day because this is a matter of importance to me but clearly not to them.
