Outstanding marks

I was suppose to write my exams on the 24th(Maths) and 27th(Engeneering Science) of July 2017. When i got to the Middelburg Campus College they told us that we can not write anymore as the tests has leaked out. I had to ask for an admission permit so i can be aloud to write again. I had to go back every time to go and ask for an date so that i know when i can rewrite my exams. I eventually got the dates after about an week. I went to write my exams on the 8th and 10th August 2017. I got an report from the Middelburg Campus on the 8th September and it said 0 on both of the subjects. When i queried about it they told me that there is complications regarding this and they dont know whats going on. Its been very long now. Why not just give me my year mark if theres complications. This is not acceptable at all.
