No service recieved

<p>im frim durban and i flew to pretoria to sort out my documents. The manager that signs & authenticate the certificates is absent its now 11-23am no help due to no one can sign for me.</p> <p>now i need to come back again to pretoria because i was not helped. I really dont have money nor live a lavish life to travel back and forth from kzn to pretoria.</p> <p>really dissapointed now i cant go to interelations office and embassy because process no 1 cant be done today</p>
